Jumping TABATA EN 35 min (J5)

Jumping fitness workout using the tabata method. In six tabata blocks, the whole body is exercised well and really beautifully, completely. You work for 20 seconds of intensity (as many repetitions of a given exercise as possible) and rest for 10 seconds total in the 4 minutes of one tabata. There is a break of 25 seconds between tabatas. If you feel like, you can extend the rest periods between tabatas up to two minutes. This is interval training, which is known for its beneficial effects on our body's "burning" systems. The class also includes warm-up and a short final stretching section. The atmosphere of the workout is pleasantly enriched by the environment of the Adriatic Sea.
