JUMPING - FITNESS Song Intervals 30 MIN (J26)

This is 30-minute jumping - fitness workout in the form of "song intervals", where cardio blocks are alternated with strength blocks, where we work out with dumbbells. In this workout 0,5 kg & 1 kg dumbbells are used, but you can also train with a lower weight, without dumbbells or use small pet bottles. In the workout we will exercise and strengthen the whole body.
