Jumping-fitness at home workout 20 MIN (J15)
Nice full body cardio workout on trampoline in 22 minutes. Goal: burn lots of calories & effective full body strengthening. For the BEST results try to keep moving during the whole workout, don't stop. If there will be some "weak" moment, just move slowly and breath out for a while. Short abs strengthening at the end.
