JUMPING - FITNESS 45 MIN (J27)

A nice 45-minutes at home jumping - fitness workout. A trampoline workout that is neither too short nor too long, it will workout the whole body with a light focus on the glutes. A short abdominal strengthening session at the end. The tempo is really ideal and very pleasant. Always keep in mind, with any trampoline workout, that if a "critical" moment occurs, you should start to swing (basic movement), and while doing it, breathe out and than continue smoothly with the workout further. Don't stop and keep moving, enjoy every minute of the workout :)
