Fullbody TABATA on trampoline 8 MIN (J7)

Fullbody workout in 2 TABATA blocks. Short interval workout in which you work out for 20 seconds as many repetitions of exercise as you can and rest for 10 seconds. 1 TABATA block takes 4 minutes. There is a short 20 second break between TABATAS. Find your own tempo and fully enjoy it! There is no verbal cuing in this short workout.
