Consent to the establishment and parameters of the recurring payment and consent to the storage of payment data on GoPay payment gateway side

GoPay company handles your payment card data according to the international security standard PCI-DSS Level 1. This is the highest level of data security in the field of payment card processing.

Your recurring payment parameters:

Reason for setting up recurring payment: subscription payments (subscription access to online workout) videos.
Maximum recurring payment amount: the subscription amount according to the current price list, depending on the period selected: monthly, quarterly or half-yearly subscription. In case of using a discount code, the first payment for the selected subscription period is reduced by the amount of the discount and all subsequent payments are already fixed (equal) at the full list price of the subscription according to the selected period. Without the use of a discount code, the amount of the first payment and subsequent payments are fixed - unchanged at the full list price of the subscription for the selected period. For monthly (30 days), quarterly (3 months) and half-yearly (6 months) subscriptions, the next recurring payment will be made on the last day of the subscription period. The exact date and time when the next recurring payment will be made can be found in your profile under the "My Subscriptions" button. After each recurring payment has been made, the next recurring payment date and time will be displayed in your profile under the "My Subscriptions" section. You can cancel a recurring payment at any time by clicking on the "Cancel subscription" button. In this case, the recurring payment will be cancelled completely and access to the paid and subscribed services will expire on the last day of the subscription period. In the case of cancellation of the subscription, there is no right to a refund of the aliquot amount of the period from the date of cancellation. Access to the Subscription Services will expire on the last day of the subscription period, which can be found in your profile. Should the subscription price list be adjusted during your subscription period, the amount of your subscription, and therefore the amount of your recurring payments, will not change!
