The popular trampoline workout as we know it today has been with us since 2000. Two charismatic graduates of the Charles University in Prague - Jana Svobodová and Tomáš Buriánek, put together at that time a set of exercises for a client to practice on a trampoline.

I still exactly remember my instructor training and jumping-fitness beginning in Prague with them. To stand on the trampoline was an indescribable feeling for me, a huge joy, enthusiasm. Many clients describe the joy of exercising on the trampoline as a return to childhood, playfulness, fun and at the same time a proper "hard workout". If anyone is looking for a way to increase and work on their conditioning, this is a great "playful" way. And importent is the fact, that amazing transformations have happened and are still happening on a trampoline. And from my point of view, really rapid reductions of body weight. But there is a need to learn to regular exercise, on regular basis. And this is one of the goals of my online workouts. To get long term benefit and enjoyment from movement.
