Fruity spelt cake

One of my proven tips to fight sweet "cravings". I'm sure everyone knows this kind of cake and everyone can improve it over time to suit your own tastes. I offer you my version: mix together: 2 eggs, vegetable milk, 1 vanilla sugar, whole wheat spelt flour, a bit of olive oil, a pinch of cinnamon. I add the milk and flour according to the size of the baking mold I'm using, so that the mixture isn't too runny, but not too thick either. Pour onto a greased and floured baking dish - a few drops of olive oil (or use baking paper). Arrange yourfavourite fresh or froze fruit on top. For us, we like raspberries and blueberries. Bake (about 180 degrees for 35 - 40 minutes). Dust with either coconut or vanilla sugar. And a quick sweet treat is ready. I am enjoying it with my husband and a cup of warm coffee.
