Delicious chocolate oatmeal breakfast

I've had breakfast oatmeal in many ways already. I love sweet breakfasts. However, it never thought to melt chocolate directly into the porridge. Until I tasted this delicious wonder at my friend Zuzana's house. If you haven't tasted this combination yet, I definitely recommend it!

I alternate between gluten free and gluten versions of oatflakes. Boil the flakes for 30 - 60 seconds in water or milk. I use plant milk. Remove from the stove and have time to fine-tune the density of the porridge, adding more milk or water if needed. For example, I like mine not very dense. Add chopped good quality dark chocolate (70-80%), about one bar if it's a one portion porridge, or to your preference. Stir until it's completely melted into the porridge and smells wonderful. Finally, add the honey. I give about 1 tablespoon per portion. The porridge is ready. Top it with any fruits & nuts you have on hand. There is no limit to your imagination here.

For me, it's a lovely chocolate start to the day!
